Using the best practices of private sector developers, we have built more than 82,000 square feet of commercial space, including offices, health centers, stores, and three Social Security office buildings for the General Services Administration.
Our developments bring important services, including medical care, closer to community residents. Often, our commercial developments become a catalyst for economic revitalization. The jobs they create help to raise standards of living, increase consumer spending, and promote additional investment. Working together, the community prospers.
