Chuck Freiheit joined HHDC’s Board of Directors in 2016. Mr. Freiheit is Chief Operating Officer at F.H. Paschen (FHP). He has 22 years of construction experience and oversees the daily operations of FHP and supervises the work of the executives. Mr. Freiheit joined FHP as a Project Engineer and has served various project management and leadership roles in the civil and building divisions, including several years at Paschen’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Freiheit has worked on many high profiles projects for clients such as Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Transit Authority and the Chicago Department of Transportation. His expertise ensures that each project Paschen works on is completed safely and to the highest quality standards. Mr. Freiheit is a visionary and true leader with a reputation for developing successful business relationships with both clients and subcontractors.
Mr. Freiheit has been in the construction industry since graduating from Bradley University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1996. He received his Master’s in Business Administration in 2001 from Keller Graduate School of Management and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois. He is also FHP’s representative with the American Subcontractors and Affiliates General Contractor Council
