Kenneth Figueroa, Associate Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management
Mr. Figueroa is the associate Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Hispanic Housing Development Corporation. He is focused on acquiring and preserving multifamily affordable housing communities and overseeing the long-term physical and financial planning for HHDC’s portfolio.
Kenneth has worked on all aspects of the development process including securing financing, project design, entitlements, closings and construction monitoring. Prior to joining HHDC, Kenneth worked for a nonprofit community housing development organization based in Humboldt Park and a for-profit development organization. Throughout his affordable housing career, he contributed to the creation and preservation of over 1,500 affordable housing homes in Illinois.
Kenneth has his Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University and holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Public Policy from University of Illinois at Chicago.
