Some people know their professional calling early in life; they act upon it and pursue it with enthusiasm and dedication. Real Estate has been Lucas' passion since he was young. He has been involved directly with real estate for more than 20 years, with his first real exposure through his family. Lucas helped his parents diversify their real estate portfolio and started on his own ventures. His strong work ethic, ambition, and passion have propelled him forward in growing not just as an agent but broadening his expertise in real estate. After completing his MBA, with a concentration in Real Estate at Roosevelt University, Lucas started his own company Ready Properties Inc. Ready Properties is a boutique Residential Brokerage where he assists buyers and sellers in acquiring and selling their properties. Along with being a Managing Broker, he has branched out into Property Management and Developments, acquiring several Residential Units in the Pilsen, Little Village, and North Lawndale neighborhoods. Looking forward, he is focusing on acquiring more buy and hold developments and also looking to get into the multifamily space.
