Tracy Sanchez is currently, the Deputy Director of Multifamily Finance at the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA). Tracy has been at IHDA since January of 2022 and has worked in the affordable housing industry for over 30 years. Prior to working at IHDA she was the Deputy Chief Development Office at the Chicago Housing Authority and the Deputy Commissioner of Multifamily Housing at the City of Chicago. When not working on affordable housing finance, she can be found volunteering at Chicago’s Animal Care and Control facility where she has been a volunteer working with Chicago’s homeless dogs since 2011.
