Paul R. Slade

Paul R. Slade

Mr. Slade is Chairman and CEO of Old Plank Trail Community Bank, a Wintrust Community Bank.  Mr. Slade was an organizing member of the bank which was founded in 2006 with three offices serving Frankfort, Mokena, and New Lenox, respectively.

Today, through organic growth and acquisition, the Bank is a highly successful $1.6 billion institution with a staff of 150 and 14 branches serving communities from Shorewood, IL to Dyer, IN.

Old Plank Trail Community Bank has become the leader in offering Business, Public, and Personal Banking to the communities it serves.  Exceeding customer expectations each day is the foundation upon which the Bank was built.

Mr. Slade is also the Chairman of the Board of Hispanic Housing Development Corporation, a nationally renowned, Chicago-based, community developer.  He is also a Board Member of Will County Habitat for Humanity and serves, at various times, on a number of local civic committees and initiatives.
