Today, our 140-person property management team manages more than 3,600 residential units and 47,000 square feet of commercial space at more than 261 buildings across the region.
Our experience is in public and private property management. We manage properties for third-party owners, including properties regulated by HUD, IHDA, and other federal, state, and public entities. Learn more about our partners.
Our property management experience included managing one of the largest scattered site portfolios for the Chicago Housing Authority. We worked in 15 distinct neighborhoods, managed 1,111 units, 108 units of CHA mixed-income units and more than 142 units of CHA elderly housing.
