As Assistant Controller, Sergio Ferreyra is responsible for applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. He joined HHDC in 2013 and has held various roles within the accounting department during his tenure.
Mr. Ferreyra prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports to summarize and interpret current and projected financial positions of HHDC and its subsidiaries. He produces financial reports for external auditors, lenders, partners, and stakeholders. His role includes assisting the Controller and CFO with projects related to the completion of new acquisitions, refinancing transactions, training accounts payable and accounting staff, and year-end procedures including the annual audit.
Mr. Ferreyra obtained his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University.
