HHDC Wins New CHA Contracts

The Hispanic Housing Development Corporation was awarded new contracts for Private Property Management (PPM) Services with the CHA. The two contracts, totaling $9,329,292, require management of a total of 6,201 units. The award includes Scattered Sites North and West as well as senior buildings.

To better serve the new contracts, HHDC has created a Public Housing Management Division led by HHDC Vice President Sheri Tucker. Sheri is a goals-driven real estate professional with more than 25 years of property management experience in both the public and private sectors.
