Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) Awards HHDC New Contract

The Hispanic Housing Development Corporation has won an On-demand Property Services contract to manage financially challenged IHDA properties. The Illinois properties covered in the agreement include those in Rockford, DeKalb, Northwest Chicago Metro, Southwest Chicago Metro, and Northwest Cook County. 

According to the terms of the contract, the property management services include direct services of property management in compliance with IHDA and other existing financing rules as well as to secure other services as needed. The work will be conducted as IHDA stabilizes the properties based on portfolio needs.
