Families are the focus of another new affordable housing building across from Humboldt Park. Ground-breaking for the proposed six-story 40-unit building at 1237 N. California is on the horizon. Financial closing is expected in July. The design by DesignBridge architects features views of the park and the city skyline. Prominent first-floor windows bring the outdoors inside for year-round atmosphere to be enjoyed by all residents. Path Construction is providing construction services for the $20.7-million project.
