As Director of Property Management Operations, Mr. Rivera currently oversees a portfolio of 3,813 units across 43 mixed-finance developments, including Section 42, HOME, Chicago Low-Income Housing Trust Fund and Section 8 project-based subsidized affordable housing programs. His role includes all facets of property management, including maintenance, leasing renewals, and reporting.
Mr. Rivera’s tenure with HHDC began in 2004 and he has held various positions within the Property Management Division with HHDC. He was promoted to Director of Property Management Operations in 2021. He is a licensed Real Estate Leasing Agent, Accredited Residential Manager, Certified Manager of Housing, Certified Manager of Maintenance, Certified Occupancy Specialist, and Tax Credit Specialist.
